  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@aurecosmetiques.com. Include your order number and a photograph of the fault. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund immediately.

Incorrect Products Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will swiftly dispatch the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Order Cancellations
