Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.95

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available on all orders over £50.00.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, postal strikes, or peak holiday volumes) may occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@aurecosmetiques.com so we may investigate promptly.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or designated safe spaces. If the parcel remains unfound after 48 hours, contact us immediately. Aure Cosmetiques will coordinate with our courier partners to locate the package or arrange a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If you realise you have made an error, please email us at contact@aurecosmetiques.com immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will amend the details. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

We take immense care in packaging our premium cosmetics. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@aurecosmetiques.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to expedite your replacement.
